Vidya Prasarak Mandal Thane is pleased to announce the approval received from
All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) New Delhi for
the conversion of Vidya Prasarak Mandal's Polytechnic to
Vidya Prasarak Mandal's College of Engineering affiliated to the University Of Mumbai from the Academic Year 2024-2025.The College will offer Undergraduate(B.E.) Programmes in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications and Automation & Robotics.
This transformation aims to offer a broader perspective to our endeavour to serve technical education. This will attract more students and enhance the institution's reputation in the area of Engineering education. We seek the good wishes and blessings of all the stakeholders. students, parents, industry, alumni to make this little baby step of ours successful. Our vision is to be a centre of excellence inculcating strong professional ethics in the city of Thane. Vidya Prasarak Mandal's College of Engineering Thane, will prepare its students with the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to excel in their chosen engineering disciplines. It will also foster innovation, critical thinking, problem solving abilities and ethical values among students. It will strive to contribute to research and development in Engineering and technology.
